Hey there! I’m Angela — the heart behind AOVA LLC, a virtual office manager, business coach, credentialing wizard, and your go-to for getting things done (with a little joy and ease sprinkled in).
I’m a mom to two awesome boys, a big fan of sunshine and travel, and I truly believe that good vibes, good systems, and good people are the key to everything. After nearly two decades working behind the scenes in integrative, naturopathic, and mental health practices, I decided to take the leap and build something of my own. AOVA has been going strong for 3+ years now, and I’m so proud of the impact we’ve made helping wellness professionals run smoother, smarter businesses.
